Your character in the vanilla game can easily kill a lot of enemies, but this mod will make you feel more powerful. Basically, everything in the mod packs a punch. However, there are still some improvements needed. For one, the artillery range is rather short, and more upgrades should be available for purchase. The fighters also cannot engage in air targets, and USSR does not have a jet.
